BigFreddy kiest bewust voor duurzaamheid en werkt elke dag aan een kleinere ecologische voetafdruk. Alle producten van BigFreddy worden lokaal geproduceerd in Gronau (Duitsland), wat ons helpt om onze impact verder te verkleinen:

Ook de keuze van onze materialen is bewust. We gebruiken FSC-gecertificeerd hout en akoestisch vilt (akofelt) – duurzame, natuurlijke materialen met karakter. Akofelt is bovendien geluiddempend én recyclebaar, ideaal voor wie een stijlvolle én bewuste woonomgeving wil creëren.
Onze productie draait op 80% zonne-energie, opgewekt op ons eigen dak. De resterende stroom komt uit Duitse waterkrachtcentrales, waardoor we volledig CO₂-neutraal werken met 100% groene energie.
Daarnaast printen we met milieuvriendelijke UV-inkten met Greenguard-certificering – speciaal ontwikkeld om chemische uitstoot tot een minimum te beperken.
